The Client has the right to cancel the Meet, but you also have the same right. That is why it is fundamentally important to get to know your Human in advance. We even recommend making a checklist that would help you instantly identify whether you and your Human, so to say, speak the same language.
Cancellation of the Meet is indeed an option that all of us Humans may need from time to time. However, as no one likes last minute cancellations and we do encourage to respect each other, we have a three-level cancellation policy.
- Long notice rule. Meet cancellation three days before the booked time, results in a full refund except for [Buyer] protection fee (8%).
- Mid notice rule. When a cancellation occurs less than three days prior to the Meet, but more than 24 hours partial refund applies (50%).
- Short notice. Twenty-four hours or less before a meeting refund is not available.
